Payment Terms and Conditions

You agree to comply with all the guidelines, instructions, operating rules, policies and instructions issued by us regarding the purchase of products through the Platform, including any amendments to the foregoing, and you are deemed to be aware of and bound by such changes upon their publication on the Platform. These Payment Terms and Conditions shall apply only to orders and payments made by you and the Seller.

  1. You agree to pay for the Products by a valid credit or debit card.
  2. You agree not to cancel any subsequent payment unless the order between you and the Seller is not as agreed, the Products are not delivered. Or the product you receive is significantly different from the description you received from the seller at the seller's discretion.
  3. You acknowledge that the refund policy for successful payment will be made only when the seller agrees and notifies the intention to refund.
  4. You acknowledge that all refunds will be made through the original payment mechanism and to the person who made the payment.
  5. You acknowledge that the refund cannot be guaranteed to be credited to your account on time. Payment processing may take time and depends on each bank and/or payment service provider that processes the refund.


Return Policy

The company reserves the right to return the product within 3 days after receiving the product and checking the condition of the product. If you find that the product has an error caused by the company, you can return or exchange the product with the following steps:

1. If the product is found to have an error, please contact the company to notify the exchange/return within 3 days from the date of receipt of the product.
2. The customer must be the one to return the product to the company.
3. The returned product must be in its original condition. The product must not be used. The packaging must be in good condition. All equipment and manual documents must be complete. The company reserves the right not to accept the return of the product if it does not comply with the conditions set by the company.
4. When the company receives the product and checks the error as stated, the product will be refunded. Or change the product as agreed
 

In the case of not accepting a return or exchange of the product

1. The product has been used
2. The product is not in the original condition, such as damaged packaging, accessories or other equipment in the set is not complete
3. The product is not the model or type that was shipped
